About the Author

Hello!  Many of you are already somewhat familiar with my posts, but new visitors won't be, so allow me to tell you a little about myself. 

I am a patriotic American, generally conservative in values.  I hold Christian beliefs, and am always happy to discuss those with people.  I enjoy discussing all sorts of topics, as you've likely noticed, and have a wide range of interests.  Books, movies, television, music, cooking, politics, religion, family, animals, history, science, and even "fringe" topics such as cryptozoology, conspiracies, ghosts, and more are likely to be discussed here. 

I have strong opinions on some subjects, but am happy to debate with people who disagree, as long a things stay civil, as we can learn a lot about one another through such discussions.  I've had many such  conversations, some quite lengthy, with people who hold very different points of view, and even when we didn't ever agree, those discussions were still welcome.  So, don't feel you can't contribute just because we might disagree on some things.  We might agree on others, and that's how it usually works. 

At the moment, I am the only person posting here, though if someone is interested, adding in others can be considered.
